We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements

- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding

- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management

- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge

- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related issues
